The Sci-Fi/Fantasy & Gaming Club will be hosting a group from the Little Buddies program for a Game Day on Saturday, March 12 from 10 AM – 2 PM in the Student Lounge (SSC 1200). Thus far, we have about 15 kids (ages 9 – 13) and their Big Buddies (adults) attending. We need folks who can run events that will last no more than 4 hours; video games, table-top/card games, miniatures games and the like would work best, though a brief RPG with pre-generated characters (D&D, Pathfinder, etc.) could also work. Pizza and pop will be provided by the club.

Thus far, Lisa has offered to run a Munchkin event, Brody and Lauren will bring Sentinels, and I’ll have a board and/or card game or two with me; we still need someone willing to bring in a gaming console or two, along with games and controllers, as well as a couple of other events. We also need players to participate and help in teaching our guests, so even if you don’t want to run something but would just like to join us for a few hours of gaming, please stop in!
