III.) CODCON XXI Post Mortem

A.) By the numbers:

1.) Slightly less money than last year, but still good.

2.) Best attendance numbers ever—just over 400!

B.) What went well:

1.) The Nintendo and Sony reps loved us.

2.) Much more professional/organized

3.) Artists more successful

C.) What didn’t go as well:

1.) The dice bags killed us

2.) Signage needs work

3.) Treasure Hunt not as successful as hoped

4.) Getting crowded!

D.) Suggestions for next year:

1.) Hoard singles

2.) Consult TJ about signage

3.) Buy more [250] dice

4.) Website overhaul

1.) Maid cafe went over great

2.) Karaoke night may return next year.

1.) We dropped the ball on the whole Shakespeare event, but can attend SCA event on Wed.

2.) We earned Bronze level—get a “Goodies Cart” at next meeting!
