 I.) Greetings to New Attendees!

A.) Polar Vortex Gaming Con2019: Well attended, though they’ll be moving off-site henceforth

B.) Winter Game Day: Went well, despite having to end early due to Polar Vortex

C.) Student Life Activities Fair: Rescheduled to Wed., Feb. 13 due to Polar Vortex

III.) New Business:

A.) Sponsored Movie: Lego Movie II; Cinemark Seven Bridges, Woodridge

1.) Thursday Evening (2/07): 7:25 PM (Danielle or Leo will have tickets)

2.) Friday Matinee (2/08): 3:20 PM (Doc will have tickets)
3.) We need at least 6 people for each show or we’ll have to cancel that show

B.) Winter Laser Quest: Sat., Feb. 9, 12:15 – 3:00 PM, Laser Quest Downers Grove

1.) Three Games to ourselves and pizza/pop

2.) $20 per person unless we get more than 20 players, then costs go down

3.) You do not need to be a member to participate—bring a friend/sibling/etc.

4.) Need 5 – 6 more people to attend; confirm with Doc ASAP

C.) Renaissance Fair Tickets for Summer 2019

1.) We’ll be ordering 50 of them; they’re good for the entire summer.

2.) $10.00 for members, $15.00 for nonmembers

3.) We’ll probably be going as a group the last weekend of July

1.) CosPlay Club: Meeting tomorrow @2:30pm in BIC 2465

2.) Advisor:  New club awards coming

1.) We’ll need helpers for our table at the Activities Fair next Wednesday (SSC Atrium, 10 AM – 1 PM); contact Doc if you can help!

2.) We’re one form away from our free pizza and snacks award from Student Life!

1.) SpiderVerse: Considered great Spiderman Movie

2.) Aquaman: Mixed reviews, overall quite good

3.) Dr. Who New Year’s Special: Doc liked it (Daleks!)

a.) Glass: It was an overall good movie.
b.) Dragonball Broly: Enjoyed it

c.) Bumblebee: Good movie (best since ‘80s Transformers)

c.) Kingdom Hearts 3: Really, really good.
